One Step From The Top
Our Blue and Green teams are travel teams, one step below our most competitive teams. In each age group, the Blue team is the second team and the Green team is the third, sitting just beneath our Premier/Gold first teams. There’s a place for every player. Not everyone starts at the top, and that’s exactly the point. Here’s what being part of a Blue or Green team involves.
Where Blue & Green Fit
Every age group is built in tiers. Blue and Green are our travel teams; the top team in each age group plays at our highest, most competitive level as Premier or Gold.
Premier / Gold
Our most competitive teams, the top side in each age group.
Blue
The second team in each age group, a travel team one step below Premier/Gold.
Green
The third team in each age group, a travel team developing toward the next level.
The Details
What’s Included
Every Blue and Green team is backed by the same professional structure: real coaching, real development, and real games across the year.
- A professional head coach for every team (training, games & team management)
- Two full-time directors supporting the coaching staff
- A Director of Goalkeeping (plus weekly goalkeeper training)
- Individual Player Development Plans (3× per year)
- League play & tournaments across fall, winter & spring
- One full week of summer camp
Two Age Zones
Training and competition are tailored to each age zone. The 2026/2027 fee covers the full year of coaching, league play, tournaments, goalkeeper training, development plans, and summer camp.
Zone 1 & 2
U8 to U12 & U13 to U14Twice per week in fall & spring, once per week in winter (with a break from mid/late November until the new year).
League play in fall, winter & spring, plus four tournaments. Typically ICSL and/or ROCK, depending on the team’s level.
Zone 3
U15 to U19Twice per week around the high school season into late Nov/early Dec, once per week in winter, and back to twice per week in spring.
League play in late fall, winter & spring, plus three tournaments. Typically ICSL or ROCK, depending on the team’s level.

Blue and Green teams are formed through our tryouts. Whatever your level, there’s a place for you here. Come find it, we’d love to see you on the field.

Cost should never keep a child off the field. Buckingham United offers financial aid for families who need it , and the application process is built right into registration. Just follow the prompts when you sign up.
