INTENTIONALLY HOLISTIC
We don't view player development solely through the lens of performance on the field. Instead, we take a holistic approach to ensure that players not only feel a sense of community while at the club but are developing into better human beings that will go on to be positive contributors to every community that they become a part of.
We don't leave that to chance on a team-by-team basis. Our core values are integrated into our curriculum, but we intentionally host numerous events that ensure our families feel a part of a community while players learn along the way.
Some events in the past have included club-wide gatherings at Philadelphia Union games, blended training nights with multiple age groups as well as co-ed, Make Your Own Ball Day, holiday parties, food drives, and much more.
PEOPLE COME FIRST
Treat people well is a core value of ours for a reason. We believe that everyone has the right to feel cared for and respected within our club. This goes for players, parents, coaches, and even officials and other spectators.
We recognize that everyone has made and will continue to make mistakes, but in order for mistakes to become valuable learning opportunity, we must always place the human being at the center of what we do, how we communicate, and how we respond.
DRIVEN TO SERVE
At our core, club leadership and coaching staff are driven to serve. We look forward to every opportunity to serve our community and the game that we all love.
Our staff is determined to be accessible, open, and transparent to ensure that all parties can be aligned to serve who we are all here for - the player. This game can be such a powerful vehicle for learning so much about ourselves and life. All of us that have played the game have witnessed it.
While we may not always get things perfectly, we all believe in and focus our efforts on something bigger than ourselves, making this club one of the most rewarding parts of our lives.
