“Treat people well” is one of our core values for a reason. Everyone has the right to feel cared for and respected within our club, including players, parents, coaches, and even officials and other spectators.
We recognize that everyone has made, and will continue to make, mistakes. But for those mistakes to become valuable learning opportunities, we must always place the human being at the center of what we do, how we communicate, and how we respond.
