The BUSC Player Pathway

One Club,
Every Stage.

Our player pathway is open to players of all ages and abilities, starting as young as two years old, all the way through high school. Every step connects to the next, so there’s always a home for your child and always a way to grow.

Built Around The Child

Every Step Is Designed For Where They Are

Each stage of the pathway is designed in a child-centered way. By considering the full picture of what each age group needs, everything from the season calendar to the training session is built around the player’s development, not the other way around.

Travel & Competitive, Made Simple
How Our Tiers Stack Up

Every age group is built in tiers, from the top team down. Same club, same professional coaching, same crest. The tier just tells you which team and what level of competition. Here's the ladder, top to bottom.

★ Competitive First teams · the top of the club
1st Team
Premier
Top Level · Regional

Regional leagues like EDP & Acela + State Cups. Best for the most advanced players ready for the highest level.

1st Team
Gold
First Team · Local & State

Top of local & state leagues like ICSL & ROCK . Strong first-team players competing at a high level.

Travel Second & third teams · the path up
2nd Team
Blue
Travel · One Step Below

The second team, one step below the first, with pro coaching, league play & tournaments. Best for committed players building toward the first team.

3rd Team
Green
Travel · Developing

The third team, developing toward the next level. Best for players stepping into travel soccer and growing fast.

The short version: a group's first team plays as Premier or Gold depending on the level it's ready for; Blue is the second team and Green is the third. Every tier gets the same professional coaching, and players move up as they develop.

Wrapped Around Every Tier

Training & Camps, All Year Long

Camps, clinics, and seasonal training aren’t a separate department. They’re how players move between tiers in both directions, and how everyone stays sharp between seasons.

Keep Growing Between Seasons

Camps, Clinics, Winter Academy, Futsal and more give every player, recreational or competitive, a way to get extra touches, try something new, and arrive at their next season a step ahead.

Every tier connects to the next, and there’s always a way to move forward.

Find Your Player’s Place

Whether it’s a two-year-old’s first touch or a high schooler chasing a State Cup, there’s a step on the pathway for your child, and a whole club ready to help them grow.

One club, every stage. Learn through the game · Belong and become.
